Directions
Adults and children 12 years of age and older:
Rinse full strength for 30 seconds with 20 ml (2/3 fluid ounce or 4 teaspoonfuls) morning and night. Do not swallow.

This is my favorite mouthwash. A super tingly mint flavor, and it makes your mouth feel CLEAN CLEAN. Childproof lid which is nice, and cleans teeth, gums, tongue. Everything!

Freshness for hours!
I am a lifetime girl. I love the freshness that I get from it! I makes my mouth feel clean for hours, and I also love that it kills germs in the mouth. It is really effective that this is the only mouth rinse I have used for years.
