After brushing, rinse mouth with water before use
Pour 2 teaspoonfuls (10mL) into a cup, rinse for 60 seconds, then spit out
Do not exceed the recommended twice per day dose of 2 teaspoonfuls (10mL)
Do not dilute, swallow, or drink from the bottle
Do not use if you are under 18 years of age
Do not use if you have a history of kidney stones, or kidney disease, have difficulty absorbing fats in foods (fat malabsorption syndrome), or take high doses of Vitamin C (1,000 mg or more per day)
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients
Do not use if you have any other sources of pain in the mouth such as tooth decay
