Directions
Rinse twice a day with 2/3 fluid ounce or 20 mL (4 teaspoonfuls) for 30 seconds. Do not swallow.
Children 6 to 11 years: Rinse with 10 mL for 30 seconds twice a day.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in children under 6 years of age. Supervise children over 6 years of age. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
Stop use and ask a dentist if oral irritation or any new symptoms develop.

My oral care routine doesn't feel complete without Listerine. The astringent formula imparts an intense cleaning sensation. It leaves my mouth feeling fresh and breath smelling minty. The packaging is easy to use, too.

This listerine has a very pleasant mint flavor. You feel a sensation of freshness in your mouth after rinsing. It is super fresh and gives a very pleasant smell to your mouth. It is highly recommended.

Less Harsh, but I need More Protection
The Zero Alcohol definitely makes using mouthwash less difficult. I'm not calming my taste buds prior to rinsing. The mouthwash is very effective at keeping my breath fresh for a long period of time. The only negative comment I have is that this formula kills the germs that cause bad breath, not the germs that cause plaque. I would perfer a more over all protection from my mouthwash. This is still a great product, I just feel like this couldn't be an all day mouthwash verses one that has all around protection and kills germs completely.

Mouth is hydrated thanks to zero alcohol
I recently tried Listerine Zero Alcohol Mouthwash and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I have always been a fan of Listerine mouthwash, but the alcohol content in the original formula always left me with a strong burning sensation in my mouth. So when I saw the zero alcohol option, I knew I had to give it a try.
Firstly, the taste was very refreshing and not overpowering like the original formula. It had a mild minty flavor that left my mouth feeling clean and fresh. I appreciate that it didn't have a strong alcohol taste, making it more enjoyable to use.
Another major benefit of the zero alcohol formula is that it did not leave my mouth feeling dry. I have noticed in the past that using mouthwash with alcohol can sometimes leave my mouth feeling dry and uncomfortable. With Listerine Zero, I didn't experience this at all. My mouth felt hydrated and refreshed after using it.
